What is the hardest part of writing your books?

Finding time, and editing! Getting the words down is the fun part. My rough drafts are barely readable. It takes many, many, edits to get it ready for publishing!

Do you experience writer's block?

No, not really. My writing block would be things like my kids calling me, the dryer buzzing, dishes on the counter...

What is your favourite theme/genre to write about?

I love everything paranormal! Magic, witches, werewolves, vampires - what's not to love?

Where do you get your ideas for books?

I get them everywhere! From something someone said to me or I overheard, something on television, the news, a title - everywhere. Then I ask myself "what if?" - and voila!

Do you have any suggestions to help someone become a better writer?

Absolutely! Read! Read what you love! And write. Write. Write. Keep writing. Learn at writing workshops if you can. Accept constructive critisism. And most important, keep writing!
